Concept Brief: Logo Design

Client Name: Lean On Me HR Solutions.

Company Purpose: To modernise HR while keeping its human core intact, supporting individuals, workers, founders and communities as they navigate careers, benefits, workforce development and long-term stability.

The Brief: To refine and finalise existing logo drafts. Clean, modern and timeless design. Reflects trust, innovation, equality and the future of HR.

Deliverables - Banner logo for 'Learn on Me HR Solutions ' and final draft logo concepts. Needs to be used across web, social media, and print. Transparent background, and keep the heart element red.

My approach:

Human element will be incorporated through rounded typography (all lowercase), incorporating the friendly nature of HR.

Looking at the current client drafts, it looks like the HR element is the middle figure with two potential clients/employees at either side. It looks like the middle figure (HR element) has a heart with circuits, which potentially means the HR element is computer based with a touch of empathy or human interaction behind the screen - by taking away the other individuals, I think this makes it clearer. To make the robotic figure appear more empathetic, I have included the embrace concept through the typography.
